The meals he prepares are flavorful, just the right balance of flavor and texture. The presentation of each meal is appetizing and so appealing! He has given me the gift of more time in my life. He chooses the freshest of veggies and follows the guidelines we talked about at our first meeting – what my food preferences were, diet restrictions, etc. He is endlessly creative in creating my dishes! Worked with me to create a personalized menu for my birthday dinner that captured the nostalgia of one of my favorite meals growing up but with lovely special touches that made it new and even more delicious.
