"I have been watching the menus and posts from The Unseen Chef for a long while and finally jumped on the bandwagon when he posted a Cuban inspired meal for this week's offerings. I cook and bake daily so, when I have the opportunity to not cook dinner for six, I want it to be worthwhile. Cuban is a family favorite and when he said Mojo and plantains, I ordered immediately. We received generous portions of pork, plantains, and rice for six FOR LESS THAN I SPENT BUYING SANDWICHES FROM A LOCAL CHAIN THIS PAST WEEKEND. I tried it the minute I picked it up and it's amazing, flavorful, and truly worth the experience. Ordering from the website is easy, pickup is easy as well, and they have gained a repeat customer based on quality and price. The choice between having a chef prepared meal in my home or going out—it's easy for me. I will take quality ingredients and expert prep without leaving my house over a restaurant experience. This is a night off that's stress free. I'll keep doing it."

"We had salad with chicken, salmon patties and fruit for dinner. It’s probably the best meal I’ve had at home in as long as I can remember. I loved the pickles, it reminded me of my trip to India.
