Ordering and Payment

Orders are subject to menu availability and production capacity. Payment is due according to the instructions provided at checkout. Orders are not guaranteed until accepted by The Unseen Chef.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the scheduled pickup window unless delivery has been specifically arranged. Delivery is available only within designated service areas.

Menu and Availability

Menus change weekly and ingredients may occasionally be substituted due to seasonal availability or supply issues while maintaining the overall quality and intent of the dish.

Food Allergies

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requests, meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Customers with severe food allergies should contact The Unseen Chef before placing an order.

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your orders, weekly meal reminders, pickup notifications, scheduling, and customer service.
